ME0328 (ME-0328) is a potent, selective inhibitor of ADP-ribosyltransferase ARTD3/PARP3 with IC50 of 0.89 uM.
ME0328 displays selectivity for PARP-3 over PARP-1, PARP-2 and other ARDT enzymes (IC50=6.3, 10.8 and >30 uM respectively).
ME0328 potentiates vinorelbine sensitization in breast cancer cell lines at the G2/M boundary, also potentiates vinorelbine-induced PARP3 inhibition, mitotic arrest, and apoptosis.
