Biological Activity
MJP6412 is a potent, selective p300/CBP PROTAC degrader with DC50 of 1.6-3.4 nM for p300 and 1.2-3.7 nM for CBP in 22Rv1 cells, inhibits cell growth of 22Rv1 cells with IC50 of 37.6 nM.
MJP6412 inhibits cell growth of human prostate cancer cell lines and enzalutamide-resistant cells at nanomolar concentrations.
MJP6412 demonstrates significant inhibition of tumor growth in a VCaP xenograft model.
