Biological Activity

MKH066 is a potent, selective HER2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor with IC50 of 2.5 nM against both EGFR and HER2.
MKH066 shows substantial growth inhibition in BT-474 cells with IC50 of 0.273 ug/mL.
MKH066 induces accumulation in the G1/G0 phase and reduces populations in S and G2/M in HER2-overexpressing cells.
MKH066 significantly inhibits tumor growth and increased apoptosis in tumor tissues without noticeable systemic toxicity.
