    ML309 hydrochloride is a potent, selective mutant IDH1 R132H inhibitor with IC50 of 96 nM.
    ML309  displays >380-fold selectivity over wt IDH1.
    ML309  reduces cell-based production of 2-HG in a U87MG mutant glioblastoma cell line (IC50=509 nM) and show no cytotoxicity; has good in vitro ADME and in vivo PK profile.
