Biological Activity

MN-64 is a potent and selective inhibitor of Tankyrase 1 (TNKS1) with IC50 of 6 nM.
MN-64 displays 12-fold selectivity over TNKS2 (IC50=72 nM) and no signigicant inhibitory activity on PARP1 and PARP2 (IC50>10 uM).
MN-64 show an Wnt-signaling IC50 of 200 nM in the STF assay.
