Biological Activity

MPT0B002 is a novel microtubule inhibitor, downregulates T315I mutant Bcr-Abl and induces apoptosis of imatinib-resistant chronic myeloid leukemia cells.
MPT0B002 disrupts tubulin polymerization and arrests cell cycle at the G2/M phase.
MPT0B002 induces apoptosis associated with increased levels of cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved PARP.
