MRT-5702 is a specific molecular glue degrader targeting cereblon (CRBN), forms a CRBN-MRT-5702D-G3BP2 ternary complex to activate the ubiquitin-proteasome system for G3BP2 degradation.
MRT-5702 produced a dose-dependent bioluminescent resonance energy transfer (BRET) signal in HEK293T cells ectopically expressing NanoLuc–G3BP2 (EC50=690 nM) but not in cells expressing NanoLuc-USP10 or NanoLuc-G3BP1.
