Biological Activity
MS108 is a potent, selective eleven-nineteen leukemia protein (ENL) PROTAC degrader with DC50 of 0.6 nM and Dmax > 97% in MV4;11 cells.
MS108 induces robust and highly selective degradation of ENL in a concentration-, time-, VHL-, and ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS)-dependent manner.
MS108 potently suppresses proliferation and clonogenic growth across multiple cancer cell lines, with 6- to 20-fold lower GI50 values compared to MS41.
MS108 displays sufficient plasma exposure in a mouse pharmacokinetic (PK) study via intraperitoneal (IP) administration.
