MST3/4 inhibitor MR30 is a potent, selective STE20-like (MST3/4) kinase inhibitor with IC50 of 178 nM and 1100 nM for MST3 and MST4, respectively.
MR30 does not inhibit MST1/2, and selectivity score with 8/100 kinases, also only weakly binds to NEK2, CK1e, and FES, with EC50 values in the micromolar range
MR30 increases the fraction of cells in the G1 phase at 10 μM in HCT116 cells.
MR30 inhibits Hippo signaling pathway and mitotic cell-cycle progression.
