[(11)C]Martinostat could be suesfor quantitative imaging of HDACs in vivo in the central nervous system and major peripheral organs.
Martinostat demonstrated enhanced anticancer effects when combined with imatinib, both in vitro and in vivo, significantly reducing tumor growth in resistant CML xenograft models.
