Mavrilimumab (KPL-301, CAM3001) is a monoclonal antibody to GM-CSF receptor-α chain, and competitive antagonist of GM-CSF signaling. Mavrilimumab also is a monoclonal antibody (mAb) that may be helpful in some cases with COVID-19.
