Metesind glucuronate (AG 331;AG-265 glucuronate) is a potent thymidylate synthase (TS) inhibitor with IC50/IC90 of 0.7/3.0 uM; inhibits the cofactor binding site of TS, and accumulates in the S phase of the cell cycle in H35 cells at 10 uM.
