NSC 23766 (NSC23766) is a specific small molecule inhibitor of Rac GTPase.
NSC 23766 potently blockes serum or PDGF-induced Rac1 activation and lamellipodia formation without affecting the activity of endogenous Cdc42 or RhoA.
NSC 23766 inhibits the proliferation, anchorage-independent growth and invasion phenotypes of human prostate cancer PC-3 cells.
