    NSC23925B is a small molecule agent that reverses MDR in cancer cells, reverses MDR in several drug-resistant cell lines expressing P-gp.
    NSC23925B resensitizes cancer cell lines to paclitaxel, doxorubicin, mitoxantrone, etc.
    NSC23925B significantly enhances in vivo antitumor activity of paclitaxel in MDR xenograft models, without increasing the level of paclitaxel toxicity.
