NSC305787 hydrochloride is a small molecule inhibitor of Ezrin with Kd of 5.85 uM.
NSC305787 inhibits ezrin phosphorylation, ezrin-actin interaction and ezrin-mediated motility of osteosarcoma (OS) cells in culture.
NSC305787 inhibits lung metastasis of ezrin-sensitive cells in mice; also inhibits SHIP-1 and SHIP-2.
