    NUCC-0200590 is a small-molecule inhibitor of the TRIP8b-HCN interaction with IC50 of 7.0 uM in AlphaScreen assays, effectively disrupts the TRIP8b-HCN interaction in vitro and in vivo.
    NUCC-0200590 (5 uM) disrupts TRIP8b mediated HCN channel regulation in HEK cells.
    NUCC-0200590 (15 uM) reduces sag ratio in CA1 pyramidal neurons of mouse brain slices.
    NUCC-0200590 limits dendritic expression of HCN channels in CA1 region of the hippocampus.
