NVS-STG2 targets STING transmembrane domain (TMD).
NVS-STG2 is a molecular glue promotes STING oligomerization, enhances the interface of the two STING dimers, thereby promoting the high-order oligomerization of STING.
NVS-STG2 activates human but not mouse STING.
NVS-STG2 induces antitumor activity and immune response in hSTING knock-in mice, exhibits a dose-dependent and significant induction of T cell priming response.
