    NX-1013 is a potent, specific inhibitor of Casitas B-lineage lymphoma-b (Cbl-b) E3 ubiquitin ligase with binding Kd of 0.87 nM and 3.4 nM for CBL-B and CBL, and IC50 of 0.51 nM and 1.7 nM for CBLB and CBL.
    NX-1013 is a highly effective inhibitor of EGFR ubiquitination.
    NX-1013 strongly inhibits endocytic trafficking of EGFR.
    NX-1013 inhibits clathrin-mediated internalization of activated EGFR.
