    NaPi2b inhibitor 15 is an orally administrable small-molecule NaPi2b (NaPi-2b, SLC34A2) inhibitor, inhibits phosphate uptake in vitro with IC50 of 64 nM.
    NaPi2b inhibitor 15 showed a low bioavailability (F = 0.1%) in rats and a reduction in phosphate absorption in the rat intestinal loop assay comparable to sevelamer hydrochloride.
