Navoximod (GDC-0919, NLG919) is a potent, selective inhibitor of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) with biochemical IC50 of 28 nM, and of Ki of 5.8 nM.
NLG919 inhibits IDO1 activity in an uncompetitive or a noncompetitive mode with respect to the l-Trp substrate.
NLG919 (500 mg/kg/day) reduced tumor growth and enhance survival as a single agent in Pan02 tumor model in C57Bl/6 mice.
