Biological Activity

OAT-870 is a potent dual AMCase and CHIT1 inhibitor with IC50 of 48/74 nM (human/ mouse CHIT1) and 22/30 nM (h/mAMCase).
OAT-870 displays good in vitro activity for both human and murine chitinases.
OAT-870 exhibits significant anti-inflammatory effect in HDM-induced airway inflammation model in mice.
