Biological Activity

ONO7300243 is a novel potent, selective, orally available lysophosphatidic acid receptor 1 (LPA1) antagonist with IC50 of 0.16 uM.
ONO7300243 exhibits good selectivity (>50-fold) toward LPA1over LPA2; shows good efficacy in vivo, reduces intraurethral pressure in rats without affecting the blood pressure (30mg/kg. p.o.).
