Biological Activity

Ogerin (ZINC 67740571) is a selective GPR68 positive allosteric modulator (pEC50=6.83) with minimal PAM activity at the related proton-sensing GPCRs GPR4 and GPR65.
Ogerin only shows moderate affinity at 5-HT2B and the A2A receptor in a panel of 58 GPCRs.
Ogerin attenuates contextual-based fear memory without effects on cue-based memory in mice.
