Biological Activity

Onradivir (ZSP1273) is a potent inhibitor of the PB2 subunit of influenza A virus (IAV) polymerase.

Onradivir (ZSP1273) has btter half-maximal effective concentration (EC50) values oseltamivir.

Onradivir (ZSP1273) is sensitive for oseltamivir-resistant strains, baloxavir-resistant strains, and highly pathogenic avian influenza strains.

Onradivir (ZSP1273) effectively reduced IAV titres in a dose-dependent manner and maintained a high survival rate in mice.
