Org 34,167 (30 µM) significantly reduced I h-mediated sag in layer V mPFC pyramidal neurons in female BALB/c mice.
Org 34167 (0.5 mg/kg) reduced marble burying and increased the time spent mobile in the Porsolt swim and tail suspension tests in both male and female BALB/c mice.
Org 34,167 is effective at reducing depressive behaviours in mouse behavioural assays.
