    PCSK9 modulator 10 is a highly potent, orally active PCSK9 modulator that inhibits PCSK9 production in HepG2 cells with IC50 of 0.036 nM.
    PCSK9 modulator 10 significantly reduces LDL-c levels by 46% and 57% at 0.01 and 0.04 mg/kg in vivo without deaths or abnormal general signs.
