K-134 (OPC-33509) is a potent, selective phosphodiesterase-3 (PDE3) inhibitor with IC50 of 0.1 uM and 0.28 uM for PDE3A and PDE3B, shows much weaker activity for PDE5 and does not inhibit PDE2 and PDE4.

K-134 also inhibits binding between CD36 and collagen type-I.
K-134 blocks rat platelet aggregation more potently than cilostazol in vitro.
K-134 inhibits mouse platelet aggregation induced by collagen and ADP in a dose-dependent manner.
