PI4KIIIβ-IN-10 displays >200-fold selectivity over class I and class III PI3Ks.
PI4KIIIβ-IN-10 shows antiviral activity against hepatitis C virus with IC50 of 1.3 uM, with low cytotoxicity (CC50>32 uM).
