PI4KIIIβ inhibitor 7f also inhibits the class I and II PI3K superfamilies, which are associated with cancer and immunodeficiency diseases.
PI4KIIIβ inhibitor 7f potently inhibits EV71 replication with IC50 of 4.5 nM.
PI4KIIIβ inhibitor 7f exibits potent antiviral therapy against hRVs or other enteroviruses.
