Biological Activity
PLK4 inhibitor H24 is a highly potent, selective polo-like kinase 4 (PLK4) inhibitor with IC50 of <0.1 nM, exhibits potent in vitro antiproliferative activity against the TRIM37-amplified breast cancer cell line MCF-7 (IC50=2.37 uM) and IMR-32 (IC50=1.28 uM).
H24 inhibits Aurora A with an IC50 value of 151.2 nM.
H24 inhibits proliferation against IMR-32, A549, and HEK-293T cells with IC50 of 1.2-1.5 uM.
H24 inhibits the colony formation of breast cancer MCF-7 cells in a concentration-dependent manner.
