PLpro-IN-6 is a potent, noncovalent SARS-CoV papain-like protease (PLpro) inhibitor with IC50 of 2.6 uM.
PLpro-IN-6 inhibits SARS-CoV viral replication in Vero E6 cells with EC50 of 13.1 uM, has no associated cytotoxicity and no inhibition for host DUBs.
