Biological Activity

PM-4321 is a potent, selective aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) modulator profiled as part of an AhR antagonist, inhibits TCDD-induced AhR activation with IC50 of 2 nM.
PM-4321 demonstrates potent antagonism toward endogenous AhR agonists 6-formylindolo[3,2-b]carbazole and kynurenine at concentrations of 2 and 20 nM, respectively.
PM-4321 exhibits potent AhR antagonistic properties in development for cancer immunotherapy.
