Biological Activity

Pavurutamab (AMG 701) is a half-life extended anti-BCMA BiTE (bispecific T-cell engager) recombinant antibody, induces selective cytotoxicity against BCMA-expressing MM cells (EC50=18.8 pM), T-cell activation, and cytokine release in vitro and in vivo.
Pavurutamab (AMG 701) completely inhibited tumor formation, as well as inhibited growth of established tumors and extended survival in an orthotopic MM model.
Combination with a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1)-blocking antibody significantly increased AMG 701 potency in vitro.

Isotype: Immunoglobulin scFv-scFv-scFc.
