Biological Activity

Phosphosulindac (Phospho-sulindac, OXT-328) is a sulindac derivative and potential anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory agent, is effective in colon cancer and non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Phosphosulindac (Phospho-sulindac, OXT-328) inhibits growth of cultured HCCCs and more efficacious in preventing the growth of HT-29 xenografts in nude mice.
Phosphosulindac (OXT-328) selectively targets breast cancer stem cells in vitro and in human breast cancer xenografts. phospho-sulindac suppressed lung tumorigenesis.
Phospho-sulindac (OXT-328) inhibits the growth of human lung cancer xenografts in mice, inhibits EGFR-dependent survival cascades in NSCLC cells and induces oxidative stress to ultimately induce apoptosis/autophagy.
