Pomstafib-1 inhibits tyrosine phosphorylation of a STAT5b-GFP fusion protein with high selectivity over the corresponding STAT5a-GFP fusion protein in human leukemia cells.
Pomstafib-1 is a valuable tool for dissecting the functions of STAT5b and STAT5a in mammalian cells.
