    Biological Activity

    RH1115 is a small molecule activator and inducer of autophagy targeting Lamin A/C and LAMP1, induces changes to LAMP1 vesicle properties and alters lysosome positioning.
    RH1115 significantly increase the puncta/cell count in eGFP-LC3 puncta formation assays with EC50 of 46.2 uM.
    RH1115 alters positioning of lysosomes and increases autophagic flux in human iPSC-derived neurons.
