RIPA-56 is a highly potent, selective, stable Receptor-interacting protein kinase 1 (RIPK1, RIP1) inhibitor with IC50 of 13 nM.
RIPA-56 shows good selectivity in kinase panel screening, and does not IDO activity ( at >200 uM).
RIPA-56 efficiently protects mice from mTNFα-induced multi-organ damage.
