Biological Activity

RNF4 PROTAC RD12 is a first-in-class, selective Ring Finger Protein 4 (RNF4) PROTAC degrader, selectively degrades RNF4 through UPS and induces DNA damage.
RD12 is capable of inducing RNF4 protein degradation in multiple HCC cell lines (HepG2, HCCLM6, Huh7).
RD12 displays profound antiproliferative activity both in vitro and in vivo.
RD12 elicits a significant anti-tumor effect in a HCC mouse model.
