    Biological Activity

    RO-275 is a potent, selective HCN1 ion channel inhibitor with IC50 of 46 nM, displays 311/100/302-fold selectivity over HCN2/HCN3/HCN4.
    RO-275 also shows no activity against other ion channels, including hERG and Nav1.5.
    RO-275 (3, 10, or 30 mg/kg i.p.) improves performance in a rodent working memory paradigm.
    RO-275 (30 mg/kg) partially rescued performance impairment by MK-801.
    RO-275 does not affect electrophysiological properties of hiPSC-derived atrial-like cardiomyocytes nor heart rate in rats.
