    ROMK-IN-25 is a potent and selective renal outer medullary potassium channel (ROMK, Kir1.1, KCNJ1) inhibitor with IC50 of 72 nM.
    ROMK-IN-25 displays improved ROMK/hERG selectivity (866-fold over hERG), and improved pharmacokinetic profiles.
    ROMK-IN-25 does not evoke QTc prolongation in an in vivo cardiovascular dog model.
