    RPI-GLYT2-82 is a potent, non-competitive, reversible allosteric inhibitor of neuronal glycine transporter GlyT2 with IC50 of 554 nM, selective for GlyT2 over GlyT1.
    RPI-GLYT2-82 locks hGlyT2 in an outward-open state.
    RPI-GLYT2-82 dissociates from GlyT2 faster than ORG25543, induces analgesia in mouse neuropathic pain models without on-target side-effects or addiction liability.
