RTI-122 (RTI 122) is a highly potent, selective and brain permeable GPR88 agonist with cAMP EC50 of 11 nM (hGPR88 CHO).
RTI-122 shows good metabolic stability (half-life of 5.8 h) and brain permeability (brain/plasma ratio of >1) in mice.
RTI-122 is more effective than RTI-13951-33 (Cat# PC-35398) in attenuating the binge-like alcohol drinking behavior in the drinking-in-the-dark paradigm.
