Biological Activity

RU-301 (RU301) is a small molecule pan-TAM (Tyro3-Axl-Mer)) inhibitor that targets the TAM Ig1-Gas6 interface, blocks Gas6-dependent TAM activation.
RU-301 effectively blocks Gas6-inducible Axl receptor activation with low micromolar IC50s.
RU-301 inhibits Gas6-inducible motility in Axl-expressing cell lines.
RU-301 suppress H1299 lung cancer tumor growth in a mouse xenograft NOD-SCIDγ model.
