    Revaprazan (SB641257, YH-1885) is a potent potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) that inhibits H+,K+-ATPase in a reversible and K+-competitive manner.
    Revaprazan reduces gastric acid secretion, also exerts anti-inflammatory action against Helicobacter pylori-induced COX-2 expression by inactivating Akt signaling.
