SEN461 inhibits WNT-induced transcriptional activity and suppresses anchorage independent growth of DBTRG cells.
SEN461 increases AXIN and decreases β-CATENIN levels in DBTRG cells
SEN461 affects canonical WNT ligands mediated transcription and modulates molecular markers of the pathway.
SEN461 inhibits XWnt8-induced axis duplication in Xenopus embryos.
SEN461 shows significant in vitro activity across the panel of GBM cells with IC50 from 0.5 to 3.5 μM.
SEN461 at 30 mg/kg BID shows tumor growth inhibition of DBTRG xenograft model.
