	SF1670 (SF 1670) is a highly potent and specific small molecule PTEN inhibitor with IC50 of 2 uM, increases cellular PtdIns(3,4,5)P3 levels, phosphorylation of Akt, and glucose uptake in adipocytes at nanomolar concentrations.
	SF1670 (500 nM) enhances fMLP-induced PtdIns(3,4,5)P3 signaling in both human and mouse neutrophils.
	SF1670 increases chemoattractant-elicited superoxide production in both human and mouse neutrophils, augments fMLP-induced polarization and chemotaxis.
	SF1670 enhances the recruitment of transfused neutrophils to the inflamed peritoneal cavity, as well as the bactericidal capability of the host.
