SGC-CK2-2 is a potent, selective casein kinase 2 (CSNK2, CK2) chemical probe inhibitor with IC50 of 0.2 uM, shows much improved kinase selectivity compared with silmitasertib (CX-4945).
SGC-CK2-2 shows high selectivity (3/403 kinases) in DiscoverX KINOMEscan showing 90% inhibition at 1 µM.
SGC-CK2-2 demonstrated inhibition of viral replication with IC50 of 10-20 uM in MHV-NLuc in DBT cells.
