SIK inhibitor M22 is a potent, selective pan-SIK (salt-inducible kinase) with IC50 of 72, 89 and 18 nM for SIK1, SIK2 and SIK3 in NanoBERT assays, respectively.
SIK inhibitor M22 displays excellent selectivity in a representative kinase panel, including STE group kinases.
SIK inhibitor M22 treatment caused centrosome dissociation and subsequent cell-cycle arrest in ovarian cancer cells, as observed with MRIA9 (Cat. PC-72723), conclusively linking these phenotypic effects to SIK inhibition.
MR22 is a valuable tool compound for studying SIK kinase function in cells.
