Biological Activity

SJ-300 is a potent and selective inhibitor of the DKK3-LRP1 interaction, effectively reverses the DKK3 inhibition of Aβ clearance.
SJ-300 effectively binds to mLRPIV with a Kd of 7.9 uM.
SJ-300 markedly impeds the binding of DKK3 to mLRPIV with IC50 of 3.2 uM, does not disrupt the binding of Aβ to LRP1.
SJ-300 (5 mg/kg, orally administered (intragastrically), 0.5% O-carboxymethylcellulose-Na in saline) effectively alleviates cognitive and pathological deficits in 5×FAD mice, promotes peripheral clearance in AD model mice.
