SLP9101555 is cell permeable and SLP9101555 (30-1000 nM) suppresses the conversion of FTY720 to FTY720-P in whole cells via inhibition of SphK2.
SLP9101555 (5 mg/kg, i.p.) elicits profound increases in blood S1P concentration in in vivo testing in mice, a pharmacodynamic index of target engagement.
